Gear For When It Matters Most
Below are products you may have seen or heard of during a training, consultation, or other service Soteria Consulting provides. This gear has been tested and are all products we believe in. We have classified the gear as either emergency preparedness, medical supplies, or storage and transportation.
Emergency Preparedness

N.A.R. C.A.T. Tourniquet
The North American Rescue (N.A.R.) Combat Application Tourniquet (C.A.T.) was introduced into the combat field by the USSOCOM in 2004 and then was introduced to conventional forces in 2005. The C.A.T. is still used today by U.S. Forces and has significantly reduced the amount of preventable death by bleeding in combat. We recommend either the black or orange variants for civilian use.
Emergency Preparedness
N.A.R. Stop the Bleed (STB) Kit
A comprehensive Stop the Bleed kit for personal or public access. We recommend those who purchase this kit for public access to also purchase a STB or Bleeding Control cabinet.

Emergency Preparedness
NARCAN
NARCAN. or Naloxone is an FDA approved medical treatment used to rapidly reverse opioid overdose. We recommend that before purchasing NARCAN to receive training from Soteria Consulting to understand the affects and proper administration of NARCAN.
Emergency Preparedness
Datrex Emergency Water
It is recommended that in an emergency situation, you should have approximately 1 gallon of water per person per day. While you can never know how many days an emergency may be in effect, it is important to start somewhere and to have emergency water in stock. Datrex emergency water is made in American and easy to store.
